Chickpea And Kale Curry with couscous
材料:
2 twp olive oil
1/2 cup chopped color bell pepper
1/3 cup chopped yellow onion
2 tsp minced garlic
1tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp. ground ginger

1 TBSp. creamy natural penanut butter
1 1/2 cups unsweetened refrigerated coconut milk
1 cup cooked chickpeas
1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice

把chickpeas高压锅压熟待用,先用橄榄树油把彩椒和洋葱煸软,然后加kale and garlic, 煸炒到软,然后加价 curry powder, ginger, sale and petter. 再放peanut butter, 然后放coconut milk and chickpea, 盘子里放用鸡汤做熟的couscous,上面放所有的东西进去,汁水浇上去,很tasty.
