5月19号早上11点开始到下午1点，在纽约Radio City举办的纽约大学艺术系（Tisch School Of the Art）2017年毕业庆典（Salute to The Class of 2017）。今年有1399位应届博士，硕士，和学士毕业生。来参加庆典的有几千名家长和亲朋好友们，大家一起，共同见证了这一届毕业生接受祝福的幸福时刻。
远远的看到毕业生们着紫色毕业礼服缓缓走过，看不清楚谁是谁？似一片紫色的“小溪”流淌，看到了女儿的名字Wynne Huo出现在大屏幕上，她获得的是Bachelor of Fine Art. 舞蹈系这次毕业生共40名，包括硕士（Master of Fine Arts）和学士（Bachelor of Fine Art）。
毕业证拿到以后，Wynne没有和我们一起回家，因为六月份还有两次演出，之后爸爸许愿带她去夏威夷玩几天，好好休整一下。She deserves it.
四）一个知道感恩的孩子
毕业典礼后，我们全家一起用餐，饭后Wynne给了我一个礼物，是给我的生日礼物，我的生日临近。是个影集子，我翻开一看，这是个记载“历史”的小册子，共计20多张照片，每个照片的旁边都有英文备注，讲诉故事：
第一张是我父母的照片，抱着一个小女孩（那不是我，是我弟弟的女儿）我还真没见过这个照片，不知道Wynne从哪儿搞到的，而且Wynne从来没有见过我的父亲，他老人家是在Wynne出生的前一年去世的，忌日正好是Wynne的生日的前一天。
Wynne这样介绍，It all start with Two People….（Wynne在帮我寻根。。。）
第二张是我和Wynne的爸爸年轻时的照片：Wynne这样介绍：Marriage ，of two Beautiful People… She met a man … and they both had Perfect Teeth… (照片上的牙的确很白很整齐，Wynne一直很羡慕我们两个的牙齿很整齐。。。)
第三张是和姐姐的合影，备注：And they had two Super Amazing Children!!!
第四张是Wynne和我们家猫，备注：Pets are family, too… Thank you for always scooping up her poop!!! (我基本上是专职清理猫粪的，谢谢Wynne还记得)。
紧接着是Wynne的一页纸留言：
Dear Mom, Ma,Mommy (这三声叫，我的心都融化了)
Thank you for always supporting me , for pushing me when necessary (有一次她舞蹈比赛临阵想放弃，我制止了她，之后她克服了恐惧，获得了很好的成绩，从那次以后再也没有怯场过) for always selflessly taking care of me throughout all these years ! I would not be here now, graduating with my Bachelor’s from such an incredible school,as a DANCE MAJOR! without you. You have made my life here possible, You have made my entire life incredibly wonderful, I am so lucky, to call you, my mother. THANK YOU! From the bottom of my heart (画了个心) for EVERYTHING ! you have done for me & our family.
Congratulations! Your daughter is so lucky to have parents like you. While most Chinese push their kids to study high earning majors, you let your daughter pursue her dreams! Bravo to you and best wishes to Wynne.
Congratulations! Your daughter has a passion to pursue in life and loving parents who are always there to support her. She is already richer than most millionaires!
