I have a rental home in the flood zone. The flood insurance costs nearly $2000 a year because heavy flood this year.
If I don\'t buy the flood insurance, can I still rent it out? If any damages caused by flood to the tenants, what kind of liability I have? Can I get away by the lease agreement?
