salad is just regular salad mix with some bell peppers, avocado, and dressing.
chicken is the chicken we bought, mixed with some Indian sauce L had and some salt and pepper seasoning. It was really good!
coucous is like rice, but smaller. It came in a box and we just had to boil it in water

bok choy with a little garlic, cooked some rice from the rice cooker
some chicken which I marinated in soy sauce and sesame oil and with some bell peppers
相当不错！看来暑假的突击 cooking training 是成功了。
