既简单有健康的Asparagus

去除老的部分不要用刀切, 最简单就是bend, 让它自然断开, break point以上都是嫩的, 以下都是老的不要了.

热锅放油, 放蒜末, 加Asparagus, 加少许盐, 少许糖, cook至tender就好了.
