早上8：30会合，我们这边的飞机一再延误，女儿在机场等了两个半小时。在女儿的引领下，我们参观了JFK机场，然后直奔酒店，放下行李，冲到Flushing中国城吃早饭。
饭后去Flushing Meadows Corona Park, Queen museum。
下午，转地铁去Manhattan的East River, 坐轮渡, 缆车，俯瞰城市风光。下车后，经过大都市图书馆，驻足JP Morgan Library。
晚上直奔纽约最热闹最繁华的Manhattan大街，Saks第五大道看灯光秀和橱柜里的迷你小巧的模型摆设。这是一场视觉的盛宴，如此恢宏有气势，如此美轮美奂，让人震撼。纽约的奢华，有钱人上等人追求的名牌，华丽光鲜，纸醉金迷，都浓缩在这一个个橱柜里，浮光掠影般地在眼前跳动着。
第一天跟着女儿走了三万多步。走到脚后跟疼，膝盖疼。舍命陪女儿。

女儿是个city girl,museum girl, 不管去哪里，都不能拉下博物馆。这些年跟着她也扫了扫盲，看了不少名画，知道Monet和Manet的不同，不过这些于我似乎就是水浇鸭背 (in one ear out the other)。与其说是在看名画看古董, 不如说我对画边上的英文解说更感兴趣，那些英文写的真是顶呱呱的。
