这两天带客户看房子，注意到这两个房子。内部结构一模一样。一个在easement,后院临大路，有power line， 另一个却在小区中心。因为位置的问题，一个高过另一个近30K。在中心的已under contract. 所以提醒大家买房时：location, location.
