修复3个不能被Windows10认识的外接硬盘

昨天3个外接硬盘忽然不能被Windows10认识，插到电脑USB上，可以听到硬盘转动，但电脑上没有新装上外接硬盘的预告声。用Bitwar Data Recovery 和EaseUS Data Recovery软件都不能认出硬盘。因为有太多东西在硬盘上，着急了，急忙到gemini去问。Ai不是万能。它没有给出实质性的答案。

但是从YouTube找出了解决的方法，

从2分钟13秒的地方说了这样的方法, 即Using Windows diagnostic tool to fix the problem。

具体步骤：

1. Connect one external hard disk which is not recognized by your computer to your computer with a usb cable.

2. Hit Window key + s together, you will get this screen:



3. Type  cmd (在下图左下方椭圆处）, you will find “run as administrator” on the right side of the screen(在下图右上边椭圆处）:



4. Click "run as administrator", you will get:



5. Click yes, you will get:



6. Type "msdt -id DeviceDiagnostic", then hit return:

8. Click Advanced, you will get this screen, set "Apply repairs automatically" , click next:



9. You will see this screen with a moving bar:





10.  When the moving bar stops, you get:



11. Click on "I don't see my device listed", you get:



12. When finished, you get (I tried several times, sometimes this did not appear, but item 13 appears):

15. Restart your computer, connect the external hard disks to the comnputer with usb cables, you will hear sounds of hard disks being installed and it shows:
