朋友买了个有百年大树，在前面的房子，那颗大树是郡里保护的古物，不可随便砍掉。
但那树太大，遮盖了半个房子，秋天掃落叶，就几十袋，还有打大雷，怕闪电带来麻烦。
幸亏有一次，惧风把树刮倒了，才被允许砍掉。
我不明白，如果谁买了这with history的房子，价钱会比较贵吗？
我有一闺蜜，在旧金山买了一个gay hotel，也是with history，那个是会让房价高很多，也是不许拆了重盖的。
