江南逢李龟年   An encounter with Musician Li, Guinian in South of Yangtze River

 

杜甫                    Du, Fu

 

岐王宅里寻常见，   You were often seen at Royal Qi’s residence,

崔九堂前几度闻。    I heard your singing in Minister Cui’s Hall several times. 

正是江南好风景，   The scenery in South of Yangtze River is charming,

落花时节又逢君。   See you again in the season when flowers are falling.
