Out of a class of 55, I am the only one who did not apply

Out of a class of 55 graduates , I was told by our class president that I was the only one who did not apply for membership in "you know what". He only told me a few years after we had already graduated. I was pleasantly shocked by that, though I wouldn't have changed my mind then now now.
