after 3 months strong rebounce, many stocks went up a few times. from rising
put/call ratio, weak commodity stocks(bad er in steel , fertilizer and weak
performance in oil sector), and weekly k/d turndown of all three index,
mkt may make 2nd bottom between August and oct. many small caps with weak
fa may try March's bottom(from W patten)
