as far as i can remember, mirvac got to the end of this year to settle (if we are talking about the same stage) even tho they anticipated end of june. There is nothing your solicitor can do except explain to you better before you exchange contracts.
P.S. its not a good idea to move in \'under lisence\' if its an off the plan ppty
