The closed mine will be reopened, and five hundred new jobs will be created, there will be a huge influx of people. Although the mine will set up a camp for the miners, there will be some overflow or mines who do not want to live in a camp who will be living in town, which is good for the rental market. No wonder in the past two weeks, vacant units have been suddenly filled up.
