2009年7月3日讯，香港，大美人李嘉欣，虽已嫁作人妻，成为许晋亨太太，但魅力仍然没有丝毫褪色，不但旧爱刘銮雄在嘉欣生日前夕，以“The One”为尖沙咀东英大厦重建命名赠兴，力证多年情不变外，嘉欣夫婿许晋亨亦在房间衣柜内，写上“Please Choose Me”的生日卡及名牌手袋，嘉欣的新欢旧爱各出招，以博红颜一笑。

不过，亨亨始终是嘉欣丈夫，在大刘的下一轮攻势后，亨亨已经出动到生仔绝招抗敌，日前他更偕嘉欣向被誉为生仔圣手的何永超医生求救。与此同时，记者收到消息指出，亨亨已弃用代母产子，更决定不设防造人，两人找生仔圣手帮忙，皆因有传嘉欣已经停经两月，并且不时作呕作闷，疑似怀有亨亨骨肉，而甚为体贴的亨亨，更被拍得亲自到铜锣湾超市选购孕妇爱吃的“口立湿”，包括糖果、朱古力等，超级好丈夫。
