去年2006年，一个叫万达奴的专卖店在市内开的到处都是，一看logo还真像adidas，下面又有什么国际控股公司，这让我又想到了那些华伦天奴. XXX，老爷车，老人头，袋鼠等不计其数借鸡生蛋的品牌，什么意大利XXX（国际）公司，美国XXXX（香港）公司等等，而且一年四季都是什么“店内调整大甩卖”一年四季都是“换季清仓"，反正进去都说是进口货，原装的，都是原价500，现价50等等，还有专门的托穿插在这些店内。现在相同样子、款式甚至材料都相同的货品，却因为牌子或标志上的一点点区别，让正规商家很难抓住其把柄。 　　近年来，许多商家对于“仿大牌”这笔生意，是越做越有心得了，对于一些国际知名的品牌，他们在仿冒时，不再停留于过去简单的“照搬照抄”，而是玩起了“打擦边球”的花样。
