秦风·终南
终南何有？
有条有梅。
君子至止，
锦衣狐裘。
颜如渥丹，
其君也哉！
What doth Mount Zhongnan boast?
Plums, firs, they flourish most.
Lo, comes a princely host,
In robes with fox-fur lined.
Cheeks as if rose refined,
May he, a liege, be kind!
终南何有？
有纪有堂。
君子至止，
黻衣绣裳。
佩玉将将，
寿考不亡！
What doth Mount Zhongnan hold?
Nooks, glades, many a wold.
Lo, a prince, we behold,
In an embroidered gown,
Gems tinkling, up and down,
Long live the princely crown!
