租客是个老教授，没空搭理后院，我们也没法2，3个礼拜就来理後院。
今找墨工来看看，说不要杂草，一劳永逸，后院全部用水泥，封起来，5000元搞定。
你说好吗？
墨工还说，那砖都要挖出来，才能铺水泥，对吗？
