For the last two months, I swam over 80 miles. That's the distance of 3 marathons! I feel better and my body is more toned. The best thing is, I truly enjoy swimming. In fact I was a swimmer in college, but in recent years I have only spent time by the poolside watching my children swim. Ah well, I need to catch up!
