抖脚不好?研究证实“抖3分钟”效果=健走20分钟

一名物理治疗师在网络上指出,“抖脚”可以促进下肢的血液循环,且还有研究为依据证实,这个说法也让许多网友忍不住转发给所有朋友,直喊“快点来抖!”
一名物理治疗师三个字SunGuts在粉丝专页中指出,许多人以偏见看待的“抖脚”,居然对身体是健康的,他指出,抖脚的动作是让脚踝反覆垫脚尖,对于常常坐著的上班族或久坐者来说,可以有效促进下肢血液循环,且这个说法同时也被日本的研究证实,就单纯帮助血液循环来说,抖脚3分钟的效果几乎等于健走20分钟。
三个字SunGuts也以图片清楚的指出,在抖脚的时候会使小腿的肌肉反覆收缩,进而达到促进血液循环的作用,而这也跟大家走路时的姿势一样,都需要将脚踝抬起,他也强调,若血液循环好,可以降低动脉粥状硬化的风险。但他也提醒,虽然抖脚对身体带来的是正面影响,但在外面的时候,还是尽量不要影响到他人。
