拉脱维亚“黑雪”

俄新社1月25日报道，拉脱维亚首都里加24日下了一场“黑雪”。首都整个被“黑雪”覆盖，似乎是刮了一场沙尘暴。

　　据里加电讯报报道，这场雪夹杂了很多沙尘所以才变成“黑雪”。里加市中心、公路和居民区都被这种黑雪覆盖。立陶宛环境部对此现象还未作出评论。
