9月23日中午11：30左右，在体育北街，偶遇临汾电视台记者配合临汾市交警支队北城大队女子中队两位女民警，对该街道违法停放的机动车辆进行专项整治，期间，一辆车牌号为晋LX5600的奇瑞轿车违法停放在街道上，严重影响交通，当即，女民警上前告知司机，并现场为其讲解违法停车的危害性，不料，女司机毫不理睬，并且出言不逊，立即将车门反锁，加油门多次冲撞女交警，{交警膝盖被撞破}见此情景，记者打开摄像机拍摄，此时，女司机突然打开车门，破口大骂，直奔记者而来，又是辱骂又是抢夺摄像机，对记者拳打脚踢，交警看到女司机如此无理，立即上前进行劝阻，然而，女司机又向交警动起手来，于此同时，女司机还打电话搬救兵，几分钟后，一名声称是女司机丈夫的男子赶到现场，夫妻俩人合伙抢夺记者摄像机，并反复撕扯记者的衣服，记者多次试图劝说夫妻两人，希望其不要冲动，没想到，该男子大打出手，辱骂记者、自始至终记者一再好言相劝，从未还手，女司机与其丈夫的恶劣行为令现场围观群众大为不满，群众们纷纷要求报警，记者拨打了110，很快，解放路派出所的民警赶到现场，看到民警前来，女司机的丈夫更是火冒三丈，当着执法民警的面，用脚狠踹记者，当场被民警制止，并强行带回了派出所。
事后据了解，闹事的夫妻二人声称自己很有背景后台，口出狂言说：“谁也拿他们没办法。”
