年4月18日，北京，“中国北京鸟巢夏季音乐会--2009《魅力中国》”新闻发布会当天在鸟巢举行，主唱宋祖英、助演嘉宾周杰伦亮相。为了参加这场发布会，周杰伦特意从宁夏《刺陵》的片场赶来。他直言能够为祖英姐担任表演嘉宾比自己的演唱会更重要。两位主角不知何故小动作不断，周杰伦似乎眼睛不适，发布会中频频用手揉眼，还不时挠头，宋祖英也十分“配合”，一会摸脸，一会又挠耳。
