少女胸部被男友刻字“淫骚”

马边县男子宋永强以“爱”的名义伤害女友的案件，今日上午将开庭审理。据了解，因涉及到个人隐私，开庭不会公开。 检方在起诉书称，宋永强与赵某(女，16岁，马边县人，本报报道时化名为莉莉)系同居男女关系，二人在簇桥乡龙井村租房居住。今年8月31日上午，宋永强在街上看到赵某与两名男性朋友在一起，遂将赵某带回出租房内。当日下午，宋永强以赵某与两名男子有不正当关系为由，强行脱下赵某衣裤，用剃须刀在在赵某的大腿、胸部等处刻下了“淫”“骚”等侮辱性文字，并用蓝药水和中型笔在刻字处涂上颜色

9月1日下午，宋永强再次用刀片在赵某的脸上刻划。经法医鉴定，赵某刻字部位所受损伤为轻伤。检方认为，宋永强出于报复泄愤，违背妇女意志，采用暴力方法严重损害妇女的人格尊严，其行为已构成侮辱妇女罪。
