实拍大陆网友验房全过程:现代舞美女收楼鉴定

　李小姐跟男友这一漂亮的一对是80后，于去年三月买了这间位于广州大氧吧白云山脚麓湖旁边的小家。性格大气爽朗的李小姐任职广东现代舞团，收楼的时候，她非常细心，豪不含糊，跟我们的工程师小陆一起把收楼这一重要的一关把好了。最后争取到了让管理处承诺重新把有水渍的疑似渗漏墙体粉刷一次，意外地发现房间的网线盒徒有其表，里面竟然没有拉线。这一点比较雷。基本上这套房子的装修问题不太大，管理处的配合态度也算不错了。
