乌克兰与俄罗斯２１日就黑海舰队在乌克兰延长驻扎期限达成协议，乌议会２７日对协议进行投票表决。数千名示威者聚集在议会大楼外，对这一协议表示抗议。在议会投票现场，一些支持者和反对者互相推搡，有人投掷烟雾弹和鸡蛋，大厅内烟雾弥漫，场面一度混乱。

根据俄乌达成的协议，乌克兰同意把俄黑海舰队在乌境内驻扎的期限延长至２０４２年。
