8月21日下午，《2009香港小姐竞选决赛》十位候选佳丽在红馆与司仪曾志伟和陈百祥等人进行拜神仪式，并穿上泳衣进行彩排，还抽出其中一位佳丽试戴后冠，结果6号黄嘉丽成幸运儿试戴后冠，她笑言，信心大增，决赛会尽力做好。

　　8号熊颖诗经过积极修身后，穿起泳衣令人眼前一亮，她卖乖表示一切都要归功于无线，是无线把她包装得很靓，经过多月的训练，她自言内涵也增加很多，对自己很有信心，但她没想过入三甲，到时会努力做好自己，师姐李珊珊日前表示看好她在娱乐圈发展，熊颖诗说，如果有机会，什么都想试一试。获网民支持的2号林洁瑜表示没有留意网民的言论，提到网民封她做女神，她笑说：太客气了。问她有没有想过夺冠？她说很难答，当然也想入三甲。
