9月28日，为纪念出道5周年，蔡妍将现身杭州省人民大会堂，举行今年在中国的首场“美地亚珠宝之约，蔡妍炫歌劲舞秀西子”歌友会。今年3月30日蔡妍曾来到杭州举办过歌迷见面会，当时现场异常火爆，可见蔡妍的超人气实力。这次她决定把个唱放到杭州，也是为了再次体验不同于北京的江南味。蔡妍将在演出中献唱《爱人》《两个人》《爱情真经》等代表作品。为答谢歌迷，蔡妍还会在演出中和歌迷们一起互动。此次蔡妍的杭州演出，经过几番协商媒体才再次找到主办方进行采访，记者昨天从主办方拿到了此次9.28活动中参予活动环节的幸运儿名单，分别为：易明（湖北武汉）朴樱韩（韩国）陈家辉（广州）李璇（南昌）祝超（江西）鄱阳，李婷（南昌）方健（杭州）刘琼（杭州）邢政（杭州）姜宇尊（杭州）李晓凡（杭州）章星（杭州）苗婕（杭州）

恭喜以上13名幸运儿终于可以与自己心中的女神面对面。根据主办方透露，这些幸运儿还可以和蔡妍一起过5周年生日会。
