她们万里挑一，将款款走在奥运开闭幕式上各国代表队的最前方，她们是美丽的奥运引导员。08年6月3日，200名从外地赛区脱颖而出的奥运引导员抵达北京，即将展开为期2个月的封闭训练。她们中不乏90后，“来自高校”、“内外兼修”是她们共同的标签。
作为开幕式上一道抢眼的风景，奥运会礼仪引导员必定是万里挑一的美女。6月3日，来自全国各地近200名奥运会礼仪引导员经过层层选拔脱颖而出聚集北京，参加奥运前两个月的集训。笔者在第一时间捕捉到了这些美女的画面。

6月3日晚，来自全国各地的近200名奥运会开闭幕式礼仪引导员入住京郊的训练基地。奥运会到来之前，她们将在这里进行为期两个月的集训。这些姑娘们将在奥运会开幕式上闪亮登场，向全球观众展现中国女性独特的气质与魅力，因此这段时间里，她们的食宿和训练课程是人们关注的焦点：怎样打造她们，怎样呵护她们，想必没有人不关心。

当晚，笔者跟随引导员队伍一起来到训练营，亲自体验了她们的新环境。训练营的食堂干净整洁，四菜一汤，两荤两素，主食是馒头、米饭，大家根据自己的喜好随意选取。因为有的姑娘是回族，还有的来自新疆地区，因此食堂专门设置了回族餐厅。晚饭时候，姑娘们胃口打开，每个人都杯盘尽满，并不像我们想象的那样会为了保持身材而节食。
