手术过后，50岁的老陈会彻底变成女人，同时也成为我国年龄最大的变性人。沈阳市杏林医院院长史灵芝表示，整个手术会持续4个小时左右，尽管手术存在一定风险，但医院的准备工作和老陈的身心状态都处于最佳状态，手术成功的把握很大。到发稿时手术还在进行当中。
