I rarely eat three meals, a cup of coffee in the morning, adding milk. Then at 3 or 4pm maybe eat something else, sometimes not. I think it's the drug I'm taking , metfomin, suppresses appetite. There's no hunger. I could go without food for an entire day and don't feel anything wrong. It's a good thing because we usually take too much calories or eat too much animal products. So the less we want to eat, the better. Remember, it's what you 'want, not what you need' to eat. The prisoners in Auschwitz only got a thin soup and a slice of bread daily and they could survive for months, even years if lucky. So large amount of food isn't that essential for survival. We can live with very limited amount of food.
