I read about a restaurant in Shanghai that was serving alligator....all parts of it.
It reminded me of a sign I saw at a restaurant - We Serve Everything - If We Don't Have it, Your Meal is Free.
Some very hungry dude ordered an elephant ear sandwich. He was delighted when the waiter came back to tell him his meal was free.
