大韩航空(Korean
Airlines)的机上餐点被评选为“世界最棒飞机餐”,一名英国记者特地搭乘大韩航空班机验证,她大讚大韩航空的飞机餐确实“比餐厅的好”,她也将返回英国后没有时差问题归功于美味的机上餐。
英国《太阳报》(The Sun)报导,大韩航空在美国商务旅游杂志“环旅世界”(Global Traveler)2023年“Tested
Reader Survey Awards”中,被评选为最佳航空美食奖,同年,大韩航空也在“今日美国报”(USA
Today)的“10Best Readers’ Choice Awards”被评选为机上食品第2名。
《太阳报》旅游编辑高德芮(Kara
Godfrey)16日撰文指出,她日前和友人前往首尔时,特地搭乘大韩航空来验证机上餐是否真的美味。
高德芮搭乘商务舱,当天主餐是韩式石锅拌饭(点此看照片),她描述牛肉非常“美味”,完全不像其他机上餐的牛肉那样难嚼,拌饭裡的蔬菜仍相当爽脆,不像冷藏过,大讚这餐石锅拌饭的品质“比餐厅还要好”。
拌饭还配有一碗肉汤,她说空服员经过时相当惊讶她吃得有多快。餐后甜点为一盘起司及水果。
若乘客仍未吃饱,还可以向空服员点一碗拉麵,高德芮点了一碗不辣的拉麵,上头加了醃萝卜、香肠及肉。
隔天一早醒来的早餐是牛肉海带粥,高德芮也形容这碗粥相当“美味”。
她说,如果民众想要西方餐点,机上也有炖牛肉、烤鳕鱼或鸡肉。
高德芮的同行友人搭乘经济舱,两人互相比较了石锅拌饭,发现卖相差不多,听起来也一样美味;经济舱也可以无限续点杯装拉麵。
高德芮说,不论是抵达首尔或返回伦敦后,她都没有经历痛苦的时差问题,她不敢确定,但猜测可能和食物有关。
