世界杯的备战并没有影响C罗更换女友的速度，本赛季西甲最后阶段被曝与时尚圈美人金-卡戴珊拍拖的葡萄牙球星本周被发现与俄罗斯超级名模伊莉娜-莎伊克在科西嘉岛游艇上度过了三天销魂的度假。 86年生于俄罗斯的伊莉娜-莎伊克主要在美国发展，身高1米78，是多个世界品牌的代言模特，其中包括Christian Dior的Lingerie等品牌，凭借火辣的身材，她渐渐成为世界内衣模特皇后。而她与C罗的爱慕之情源于两人为阿玛尼拍摄内衣广告。虽然两人之间没有在当时就爆发出电闪雷鸣般的爱情火花，但是彼此对对方的爱慕之情却从没有熄灭过，而这种爱恋终于在西甲赛季结束后开始爆发。
