受害人家属离开

今日(11月27日)，歌手臧天朔涉嫌聚众斗殴案在北京市第二中级人民法院开庭审理，臧天朔被判有期徒刑6年，聚众斗殴罪名成立。由于其此前已被拘留一年，因而将被关押至2014年。该案家属对判决结果表示满意，不会上诉。

　　据臧天朔律师透露，此次他们申请的事无罪辩护，面对这个结果，他们认为量刑过重。不过臧天朔本人对此判决平静接受。而此案的受害者家属也对此判决表示接受，不会再提请上诉。据臧天朔律师称，在案件审理前，他们已和受害者家属达成和解，并一次性给予对方29万元人民币的人道主义补偿。

　　据悉，臧天朔目前被押至北京市第一看守所。《法制进行时》明日中午12:30将播出臧天朔案庭审。

北京时间11月27日消息，今日，臧天朔案将在位于北京市丰台区的北京第二人民法院不公开审理。目前，该案件审理已结束，押解臧天朔的车辆已经离开第二人民法院。受害人家属也已离开法庭。
