阿娇 ： 挨30针就赚100万
“艳照门”后，阿娇虽然复出之路困难重重，幸好够坚强，又愿意放下身段，之后她更是冒着被指是“再造人”的可能，担当一医学美容中心的代言人，打针瘦腿、瘦手臂，据知她肯挨30针，即有100万落袋。
港姐袁弥明：整容扎14针 交叉式勾双眼皮
2005年港姐袁弥明敢作敢为，去年与TVB闹翻后，一直在亚视及有线电视游走。不过袁弥明最终敌不过金钱利诱，后来稳赚百万加入整容代言人行列，接受割双眼皮手术。而她进行的手术方法是去年从韩国引入，分别在每边眼皮连扎7针，再用手术线以交叉法缝紧来勾出双眼皮，可谓拼命一搏。
潘阳：打针瘦脸 不敢给老爸说
谈及整容的传闻，潘长江之女潘阳红着脸说：“哪个女孩都爱美，但是整容还称不上。我以前脸圆嘟嘟的，很憧憬有个尖下巴，于是斗胆去美容院打了两支瘦脸针，效果比较明显。这事我可没敢跟老爸说，怕他担惊受怕。”

郑裕玲：事隔数月“烂肉”变光滑
入行30多年的郑裕玲(DoDo)由于近年五官异变，被称为女版迈克·杰克逊，多年来最惊讶莫过于前年，被记者发现她颈部肌肤脱皮，犹如烂肉一样，事后郑裕玲解释只因“果酸换肤”而已，事隔数月的确变回光滑，但一直否认整容。
蔡依林：用独特按摩法瘦脸整门面
蔡依林曾经在为新专辑《特务J》宣传时，被粉丝发现虽浓妆打扮，但脸颊处的皮肤脱皮、长疹，她经纪人蒋承缙透露，蔡依林在“果酸换肤”，美容师还以独门“九宫按摩法”刺激她脸部穴道，有“瘦脸”功效。蒋承缙表示，蔡依林很喜欢美容师的“九宫按摩法”瘦脸绝招，即把脸的皮肤划分成九宫格区块，分区按压，按摩完后皮肤紧实光滑，脸明显变小。

面膜法
朱茵：每晚轮着敷不同面膜
多年来一直美艳的朱茵，对于保养皮肤自有心得。她会每晚换不同的面膜，而且喜欢成分天然的护肤品。朱茵说：“我会每晚轮着敷不同的面膜，例如今晚敷水分，明天就敷美白，后天就维他命C，排着队来敷。我会用蛋白加牛奶敷脸，而蛋黄就用来做面膜，不会浪费之余，成分又够天然！”
朱茵透露每到夏日，会把粉底涂得薄些，让皮肤较干爽：“粉底搽薄一点，皮肤不会这么闷！最重要的是本身皮肤OK，不用上很厚的粉已经可以了！我还很喜欢浸浴，因为平时穿高跟鞋很辛苦，浸浴之后出了汗，整个人会放松很多，脚也没有这么容易累！”
米雪：不能偷懒 自制天然面膜
50多岁的米雪，多年来一直都保养得非常好，看上去比实际年龄起码年轻十几岁。原来，米雪不论饮食、护肤还是运动，都有一套保持青春的秘方。
米雪表示护肤一定不可以懒，她一有时间便会自制天然面膜。先在面上敷上热毛巾，等毛孔张开后，将柠檬、蛋白加麦皮粉混合而成的面膜敷面15至20分钟，再利用麦皮粉当作磨砂一样，按摩面部5分钟除掉角质层，冲洗干净后照常做一般护肤程序便可。
卫兰 ：5毛钱的美白面膜很超值
卫兰不仅人美，而且心灵手巧，谈起美容心得也是头头是道。卫兰就在一个节目中说，扮靓自己并不需要多么昂贵，自己亲手制作一个5毛钱的美白面膜，就相当超值。

物理美容
郭敬明：洗脸都要整出十个步骤
郭敬明曾在节目中介绍自己的养颜经，洗脸有十个步骤，繁杂的美容程序让观众为之惊叹，也引起网友热议。平日格外注重保养的他透露，“首先用一种专门针对洗脸的精油预洗，然后用洗面奶……”除了这些，郭敬明在抗氧化方面格外用心，专门使用的液体，一滴的效果足足相当于300杯绿茶抗氧化的效果。这还是小意思，他说他会用各种精华液保养皮肤，最多会用到八九层！不仅如此，他在节目中还透露嘴唇太薄，因此还特意使用一种闻起来特别香、用起来却会有点痛的唇蜜，“会填充很多胶原蛋白进去”。郭敬明还拿出一个类似针筒的注射器，作用是能持续12小时填充皱纹，他还特别叮嘱主持人们“上节目前可以用用。”

奥运体操金牌得主刘璇曾在拍摄广告时透露，自己是靠吃辣排毒美容。
林志玲：夏天尽量不开空调
30多岁的林志玲还拥有青春的容貌和完美的身材，这让很多女孩羡慕不已。说起自己的美丽秘诀，林志玲透露夏天尽量不开空调，“因为觉得空调会使皮肤缺水，进而变得干燥。”
