北京时间11月6日晚间消息，据国外媒体报道，传媒大亨鲁伯特·默多克(Rupert Murdoch)之子拉克兰·默多克(Lachlan Murdoch)周五以2100万美元的价格拍下澳大利亚豪宅Le Manoir，创下今年澳大利亚住房成交价记录。

　　在此次竞拍中，拉克兰击败包括著名演员妮可·基德曼(Nicole Kidman)和罗素·克洛(Russell Crowe)在内的其他9名竞拍者获得此幢豪宅。Le Manoir曾是法国驻澳大利亚大使馆所在地，该建筑可以将悉尼港和太平洋的美景尽收眼底。房地产租售网站Domain.au的相关信息显示，该建筑有1 个网球场，1个游泳池、6间卧室、2间书房、5个卫生间、1个宾客化妆间、1个接待大厅、3个车库，另有许多储藏室以及壁炉、商业规模的厨房等等
