林紫君堪称本届准亚姐中波霸 台、中、港、澳共十八位亚姐参加“2009亚洲小姐竞选”，本届波霸是港澳代表林紫君，她凭着35吋半的豪乳，成功击败台湾“丰胸专家”刘伊心，以及拥有35吋上围的大陆代表王晨，成为全场焦点。

　　东森新闻报道，来自台湾的刘伊心自称上围有32D，亚视公布资料显示，她的上围只到34吋名列第三。刘伊心受访时坦言最欣赏王晨的胸部，要效法对方吃“奶片”丰满上围，她说，“其实我每天有按摩胸部，可以挺高一点。”

　　刘伊心被香港媒体评价为话题女王，20日与EO2彩排舞步时，突然眼红嘴扁，拍完合照后即走进后台，让港媒追访。刘伊心说，“我不舒服，但还没看医生。”她否认因媒体报导而不开心。亚姐公关解释，刘伊心因感冒及思乡影响情绪所致，幸好母亲已经来港陪伴。
