　Lin He 是分子生物学家 （Lin He is a molecular biologist whose research has made pivotal contributions to an active, new avenue of cell biology: the role of microRNAs in the development of cancer.）1997年毕业于清华大学，2003年获得斯坦福博士学位。

　　麦克阿瑟天才奖（MacArthur Fellows）奖给在生物等科学领域，以及社会、人权等领域有杰出贡献者。每位获奖者得到50万美元的奖金，分5年发放。基金会认为这笔奖金能够帮助这些杰出贡献者继续他们各自领域的发展。

　　按惯例，今年获奖者上周分别接到电话通知获得此奖。
