　　“明星是召之即来，来之能战。普通演员还要导演调教，但明星不用，他们站在那里，瞬间就能形成无形的气场，与他们扮演的历史人物相契合。”黄建新透露，虽然戏份不多，但明星们个个都很认真、很敬业。比如姜文扮演毛人凤，只有一场戏，进组时却捧来厚厚一沓资料；陈道明的戏份虽少，但看了十几本历史文献资料书籍。让黄建新感到遗憾的是，因为时长所限，《建国大业》最终的影院版本只有两小时左右，很多明星的戏份会因此被删，甚至有些人连露脸的机会都没有。
