2009年06月30香港，熊黛林受邀参加在“海港城STYLE Model Hunt模特儿大赛总决赛”，并担任了评委以及颁奖嘉宾。

熊黛林今日以无肩黄色流苏背心搭配米色长裤，更显得身材修长。作为前辈，熊黛林认为，一位优秀的模特除了要天生具备一定的身高以及姣好的外貌之外，后天习得的良好心理素质以及品味也是必不可少的，刚入行时自己也没有什么信心，如果当初没有成为模特，那现在她很可能会作为一名音乐教师，在中学执教。
