谈到最难忘的事情，洪欣笑着表示：“有一个拍摄的地方是要坐滑水艇滑过激流才能到达的，而这只艇还要是自己控制，我觉得整个过程好好玩好剌激，还难忘过拍婚纱照片！”
以最佳状态示人
洪欣表示虽然今次拍摄的场景很美，有瀑布及森林等靓景衬托，不过因儿子未能一同参与而有感美中不足。她无奈地说：“因为他要上学，所以不可以和我们一齐去。回来看照片的时候，他也都有问为何每张照片都没有他自己，又叫我不可以再留下他去二人世界。”
