美国春雪融化引发洪灾 奥巴马下令全面戒备

　 美联社消息，美国北达科他州近日春雪融化，造成河流水位猛涨，一些堤坝处于危险之中。沿河公路及桥梁已经全部关闭，春雪融化造成的冰凌还导致很多地方供电中断。美国总统奥巴马当地时间25日晚些时候命令当地全面戒备，避免出现人员伤亡。
