    日本大阪,地窄人多,高速道路的建设地段捉襟见肘,设计师们想尽办法,灵机一动,竟然就直接穿越办公大楼。真是天才的设计!


    (一个疑问:图中的办公楼和高速路到底是怎么建设的呢?究竟是先建楼后修路,还是先修路后建楼,或者干脆办公大楼和高速公路一起建?大家不妨动动脑筋想一想。)

Site area: 2,353 m2

Construction area: 760 m2

Total floor area: 7,956 m2

Structure: Steel-frame reinforced concrete structure and part cage

Height: 71.9 m

Rank: Terrestrial 16 floors, underground 2 floors and tower house 1 floors

Main use: Office

Client: End 澤 industrial corporation

Designer: Catalpa design and Yamamoto Nishihara architectural design office

Builder: Sato industry

History

The area authority of this land from early Meiji era had operated the fire-wood industry and the like at this place, but because the company building deteriorated, we had decided to reconstruct in 1983. But, because it has been decided that the highway passes due to city planning construction permit did not descend. Area authority side because you cannot transfer, it negotiated the Osaka and Kobe highway public corporation (at that time) with over approximately 5 years, conclusion it did by the fact that it passes through the highway to the building.

Like this case, site purchase becomes necessary when it passes through the highway and the like, but because there is a circumstance even on area authority side, there is many a thing to which site purchase succeeds always and not to limit becomes problem.

Because of that, portion of road method, city planning method, urban renewal method and construction standard method was amended in 1989, one improvement of the road and the building etc was recognized, the three-dimensional road system was enacted (as for originally this system, annulation 2 around the Tokyo Minato-ku Toranomon the line (as for the part of that the alias MaARTHUR road is called) construction promotion was purpose, but it was not applied result). Because of this, it reached the point where the building which the highway penetrates can be built. The gate tower building is the building which for the first time utilizes the three-dimensional road system in Japan. But usually, being general on the underground to arrange the building in the road and the ground, as for the road part penetrating the building quite it is rare.

    文章大意是:这块地从明治时代就属于一家柴火厂,1983年时该厂想翻修一座大楼,但是按照市府的规划,这里要通过高速公路。然后双方就谈判谈了五年,最后让他建了。为此还于89年修改了相关法律。

然后92年完工。

    83年时高速公路还没建,也不知道是哪年建的,所以到底是先有桥还是先有楼或是同时开建还真没看出来。
