蔡依林台北豪宅曝光 两年“吸金”收过亿

蔡依林(Jolin)前晚(10月21日)在台北淡水渔人码头演唱,多款演出服惊艳登场,热力秀舞姿魅力四射,扮“特务”持枪上阵酷味十足。据台湾媒体报道,她最近除忙演唱会外,还频看房子想购屋,去年收入高达6500万元的她,购屋预算上限竟只有1000万元,相当节俭。
吸引三万歌迷到场
前晚的演唱会吸引了超过三万名热情粉丝到场,连山坡都坐满人。火辣辣的钢管舞配上富节奏感的《特务J》,一开场就把淡水渔人码头现场的气氛炒到HIGH翻天。随后的演出噱头十足,蔡依林拿钻石枪对绑在标靶上的男舞者射击,甚至登上3楼高天桥唱歌,宛如女王出巡,让全场情绪沸腾。
富婆买房不求奢华
继前男友周董砸近7000万元购买台北“元大一品苑”、好友罗志祥斥资1000万元买300平方米“民权华府”后,她近来也急觅新房,因她现居的信义区EAT大厦住户多达上百户,有时邻居当场索要签名,让她尴尬不已。
虽然她是台湾演艺圈有名小富婆,去年吸金高达6500万元,今年至今包括广告、商演、版税,也已进账将近4000万元,两年进账1亿元,但节俭成性的她买屋不走奢华路线,反而把目标锁定约200平方米左右的二手房,预算在1000万元以内。目前经纪人蒋承缙正积极为她看房子。对于新家,她最大要求是要隔出一房作为指甲油研发工作室。

两年收入
2006年:跳槽Capitol唱片签约金2800万元、10个广告3200万元、10场演唱会酬劳500万元,合计约6500万元。
2007年:8个广告约3000万元,新专辑《特务J》版税约380万元,10场商演约600万元,合计约近4000万元。

台北信义区EAT大厦118平方米住宅,市价约460万元。
