Sweet slavery

Have you seen a master bled and died on the cross for His slaves

Only He did

Why not die with Him

So someday you will rise like Him

 

Have you seen a master adopts slaves as his own sons and daughters

Only He does

Why not live with Him

So anytime you can seek His face

 

Have you seen a master treats slaves as friends and reveals His truth

Only He does

Why not walk with Him

So anywhere you are in the light

 

Have you seen a master bestows heavenly mansions for His slaves

Only He will  

Why not call upon Him

So anyway you will live within

 

O this sweet slavery

I have tasted and I know it tastes like honey

O this sweet slavery

It broke all my chains and I am so carefree

All my freedom in this world is nothing but a prison

All my freedom in this world is nothing but chains

Only when I gave in my freedom to this Great Master

Real freedom locked me in a hopeful and joyful train
