又长又白又胖的白萝卜在咱们这里找不到，但圆萝卜和樱桃萝卜倒是到处可见，不明白米国人喜欢纤维粗水又少的圆萝卜而不喜欢长萝卜，没有办法，搞了六扎樱桃小萝卜干开了，晒出来，就那么一小碗，不过后又来泡开来炒，比原来的体积大了一倍多，可爽口了，炒过用来下粥或入菜，都是很棒的选择。下一篇笔者就上一贴用这个萝卜干炒的豆干芹菜，虽然是素菜，吃起来[阅读全文]

生在广东、长在广东那么多年，到2019年回国才第一次去从化流溪河，以前听说过从化流溪河的鲩鱼很出名，食肆叫脆肉鲩，闻说此类鲩鱼逆流而游，运动量大，所以肉质比较扎实，广东人喜欢用它来打边炉（火锅），把鱼肉用双飞蝴蝶刀法切成片，打边炉时蘸上辣椒圈加腐乳等蘸料，好享受哦。光顾说吃的，关于流溪的河的由来，可以上百度搜查，就不赘述了。当其时公园[阅读全文]
