国内一线中生代女星的美国豪宅

 

昨天世界日报报道说，国内某一线中生代女星去年在美国落杉矶买房成了冤大头，8百万豪宅7百万可以买到，却花了950万，在豪宅市场不景气的此时，多掏了250万，确实少见，应该是被忽悠了。出于好奇，查询了此豪宅资料(附图片)，豪宅占地一英亩，为名师设计，建于1924年，室内5300多英尺，6房5浴，另有1200英尺独立的guest house及1000多英尺的地下室。整个豪宅精致气派，让人赏心悦目。唯一缺陷是有点路冲，值不值那个钱可能会见仁见智。让人感慨的是，国内明星真有钱，此女星并非国内最大咖之一，但买这个豪宅竟是用950万美元全现金支付的。
