Bus service between Seattle/Vancover?

Hi,

I will visit Vancover next month. I have some questions:

1. Does anybody can recommend a good and cheap transportation service
between Seattle and Vancover? ( I don't want to drive.)

2. Does anyboday know a good and cheap hotel in Vancover?
