更新一下：Fight for your right

我们去年在palm springs 遭遇车祸， 加州警察

只给了一个互相交换信息的一张表（我以为是一张罚单

因为明显的是对方的错， 警察也说了， 当时对方也认错了）

后来问题180度转弯， 对方保险拒绝cover the cost (我们听说

rental company 已经把新车贱卖， 我们的rental company已经

paid for the loss)。 我一听就来气， 给palms springs 拿个

留下ID的警察打了无数次电话（当然找不到人）， 我当时发帖问

老朽等加州的朋友怎么办.  好像是让保险公司来处理. 过一段时间

我给保险公司打电话. Case closed! 对方保险不认账！

我老公说我们rental都cover the loss 了， 算了..

我地主婆倔劲上来了... 让他们重新open the case, 把我收集

的照片，资料， 一个一个的递给我的保险公司让他们再和对方

交涉. I do the part that I can do, 然后经常像保险公司问发展近况。

今天早上，已经是半年多了， 对方保险终于认错了.

"Stand up for your right. " that's what I mean.
